NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO CLIMBING THE WATERFALL
Under Florida Law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. All guests and invitees assume the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. Blue Lagoon Farm Miami shall not be responsible for the supervision and safety of guest. By voluntarily agreeing to participate, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Lagoon Farm - Miami and the individual owners of the property where the event shall take place for any and all liability, damages, compensation, refunds, or any claims whatsoever from Parent, Child, Parent's guests, invitees, agents, or any other third party.
You understand and acknowledge that the activity you sign up to do may be hazardous, and may carry the risk of injury and illness, including sickness, physical injury, property damage, disability, permanent paralysis, and death. Swim at your own risk and parents are responsible for their children. You, along with all your guests and invitees, assume the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. In addition, Customer shall be responsible for the supervision and safety of all their guest. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Lagoon Farm - Miami and the individual owners of the property where the event shall take place for any and all liability, damages, compensation, refunds, or any claims whatsoever from Customer, Customer's guests, invitees, agents, or any other third party.
General Rules and Regulations:
- Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.
- Jumping Permitted only from Deck and Immediate Surrounding Area (Feet First, No Diving)
- Limit 5 People at a time on Deck
- No Confetti Permitted (Whether in Balloons, Piñatas, or Floaties)
- All Decorations Must Removed and Taken Home (Please Do Not Place in Trash Cans)
- Sodas and Beer in Cans Only, No Bottles (Take Cardboard Boxes Home, Do Not Place in Trash Cans)
- Bounce Houses should have their own Generators
- Please ensure that all of your guests are aware of the fact that this is a Natural Lagoon and they must respect the Ecosystem in play
- You are responsible for the general care and welfare of the property (Please make sure it is returned in the same condition in which you received it)

MUSIC MUST BE KEPT AT A REASONABLE VOLUME – NO PROFANITY
This contract contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto and may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Florida.
